Returns Policy

No goods will be accepted back or refunded  without a returns authorisation number. The relevant reference number must be quoted on accompanying documentation. 

Your parcel and its contents should be inspected immediately upon receipt and any discrepancies must be reported to Lori D Skin Care within 24 working hours of receipt of the parcel. 

The Buyer has five days from receipt of goods to return or exchange goods. 
The item(s) must be returned unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The item(s) must be returned fully boxed to ensure that there is no damage in transit to the item or its original packaging.

If the Buyer requests an alternative item(s), the Buyer will be charged delivery costs

Lori D Skin Care accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit and therefore it is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned. 

 If the item is returned back to Lori D Skin Care in a saleable condition then a refund will be applied within seven working days of receipt of goods minus an administration charge of 10% of the value of the item. 

 If the item is received in a non-saleable condition then the Seller will inform the Buyer that no refund will be made.
